1 jan 2025: Hillen deduction drops to 76,66%

Legislative tax change per 01-01-2025

The deduction due to no or low owner-occupied housing debt (Hillen deduction) decreases by 3⅓% per year. In 2025, the Hillen deduction will drop from 80.01% to 76.66%. Homeowners currently covered by this scheme will pay a slightly higher owner-occupied home tax credit each year.
