1 jan 2025: New rate mortgage interest deduction

Legislative tax change per 01-01-2025

The maximum deduction rate goes to 37.48%. In 2024, the top rate was still 36.97%. Since 1 January 2014, the maximum mortgage interest deduction for higher incomes has been reduced by 0.5% every year.
