1 Jan 2025: WWS points review

From 1 January 2025, landlords will be obliged to hand over a WWS point survey with the maximum rent to the tenant with every new residential lease. This obligation is included in the Good Landlord Act. Due to a motion from the Upper House when the Affordable Rent Act was passed, this obligation will only take effect from 1 January 2025 (and not 1 July 2024).
